I had a USG, Gen1 Cloud Key, and a Flex mini switch that I was all able to replace with the Ultra. I was nervous I was going to have 4-hour frustrating experience, but it was went super smoothly! Here are the steps I took. Plugged the Ultra into an open port on my local network, and let it upgrade. Restored from a backup in the controller ...Ubiquiti has a higher failure rate than other business hardware. The warranty is only a year and it isn't next business day. Wifi and routing is cheaper than other companies, but I feel like switching is about the same price without the warranty.
